Lisa Russell

Managing Director 

With over 20 years of HR generalist experience, Lisa has worked across a range of industries, including community services, disability services, not-for-profits, construction, mining, oil and gas, engineering, IT, manufacturing, wine, retail, health, recruitment, and more. Her expertise spans employee development, learning and development, recruitment and selection, performance management, job analysis and design, and accreditation processes.

Lisa’s career is defined by her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She has coached and advised professionals from diverse disciplines – mine engineers, transport modellers, franchise owners, accountants, winemakers, packaging supervisors, and forklift drivers – providing tailored HR solutions that drive results.

As Managing Director, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical, down-to-earth approach to solving complex HR challenges. She is passionate about fostering environments where people and businesses can thrive.

Outside of work, Lisa is a proud mother to two teenage boys, one of whom was born with a rare condition called CHARGE syndrome. She cherishes time with her family and friends, enjoys real estate and renovating, loves her dog, and makes staying healthy and fit a priority – while always trying to carve out a little time for herself.

Natalie Landini

Natalie Landini

Senior Human Resources Consultant

With over 25 years of senior generalist HR experience, Natalie brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Holding a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management), she has worked across Local Government, State Government, government-owned corporations, and private organisations, giving her a comprehensive understanding of diverse workplace environments.

Natalie thrives on helping managers and business owners unlock the full potential of their teams to drive business growth. Known for her practical, no-nonsense approach, she excels in providing clear and effective HR advice, even in the most challenging situations. Her specialties include performance management, remuneration reviews, organisational structure, position definition, recruitment, and creating simple, effective ‘people’ processes. She’s also adept at navigating complex industrial systems and internal workplace politics—a challenge she takes on enthusiastically.

Outside of work, Natalie is a proud mother to two young ladies. She enjoys staying healthy and fit, spending quality time with her husband, and walking her mischievous dog, who keeps her on her toes!

Nickie Kemp

Nickie Kemp

Senior Human Resources Consultant

Nickie brings nearly 30 years of diverse HR expertise, cultivated across three countries and a wide range of industries. Starting her journey in the UK, she earned her HR and Learning & Development qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. After moving to New Zealand, she added change management qualifications to her portfolio before settling in Australia in 2020, where she now calls the Sunshine Coast home.

Nickie’s career spans large blue-chip organisations across industries such as finance, automotive, cosmetics, engineering, FMCG, insurance, not-for-profits, and tertiary institutions. Nickie enjoys partnering with small to medium-sized businesses, helping them navigate the complexities of people management and supporting their growth by providing employment relations expertise and coaching to business leaders and senior managers. Nickie also brings extensive experience in organisational design, creating frameworks for performance management, appraisals, and capability matrices. By leveraging change management tools and methods, she helps businesses foster thriving workplace cultures.

A true HR generalist, Nickie thrives in every aspect of the field – strategic, operational, and everything in between. Her standout strength? Designing and delivering impactful training programs, both for online and face-to-face delivery, that leave a lasting impression.

Outside of work, Nickie enjoys renovating her home with her husband, planning her next travel adventure, and spending quality time with her beloved fur babies and close friends.

Nic Kinloch

Nic Kinloch

Senior Human Resources Consultant

With over 20 years of experience spanning finance and human resources, Nic has worked across a wide array of industries, including telecommunications, finance, retail, motor vehicles, construction, not-for-profit, sports, and health. Nic holds a Business Studies qualification in Accounting and HR Management from Massey University and holds certifications in Quality Assurance (with distinction), Emotional Intelligence, and Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead.

Nic’s career has seen her thrive as an independent consultant and executive leader. She brings a deep understanding of governance in the private and public sectors. She has played a pivotal role in leading large-scale change management projects, always focusing on aligning strategic outcomes with exceptional people initiatives, systems, and processes.

A passionate advocate for leadership development, Nic specialises in empowering leaders through courageous emotional intelligence work and tailored one-on-one development programs. She is deeply committed to enhancing the employee experience, recognising its critical role in attracting and retaining talent while driving better organisational outcomes.

Outside of work, Nic and her husband enjoy life with their two animated Labradors, often found at the beach. They also embrace the challenge of staying active by participating in running, swimming, and triathlon events.
